PHOENIX — Four people were injured after a shooting near 36th Street and McDowell Road Friday night.

Officials say they were called to the area just after 9 p.m. for reports of a shooting.

When police arrived, they found that three men had been shot. All three were taken to the hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

Another man was treated on scene from an injury caused by debris from the shooting.

Police believe the suspect entered the business and started firing rounds. He then fled the area.

After the shooting, police say the alleged shooter left the area and crashed his vehicle near 44th Street and Campbell Avenue.

Police believe he ran a red light, causing the crash with two other vehicles. Two more people were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after the crash.

The suspect was also taken to the hospital because of his injuries suffered in the crash.

It is unknown what led up to the shooting.

The alleged shooter has not yet been identified.

The incidents remains under investigation.
